Ron called before arrival on the scheduled day, got right to work and had our dishwasher draining correctly in about 20 minutes max, very nice and very knowledgeable, highly recommend!
Our technician was Ron. He called and asked if he could arrive early, which was perfect. He diagnosed the problem quickly, realized he did not have the exact part which was required, went to a nearby parts store, was back in no time, and completed the repair within the hour! The work space is immaculate, he was well informed and articulate in explaining to me what had malfunctioned, and I would recommend him and Appliance Guys to anyone who asked me for a referral. Holy smokes, I give Appliance Guys SIX STARS! I called Appliance Guys because my clothes dryer stopped, um, drying. Which is bad, right? Appliance Guys to the rescue. Repairman Sean shows up right on time, big smiles, diagnoses the problem in 10 minutes, gets the whole thing fixed in a half-hour, and charges me a very reasonable rate. Sign me, Fan for Life

Great and reasonably priced service! We had our dishwasher break down on us and within 30 minutes after showing up, Ron Davis had it back up and going. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Rob got here on time, figured out a problem with our washing machine we couldn't isolate, and had it fixed in 15 minutes. OUTSTANDING.
Rob came out quickly as scheduled and repaired my refrigerator in a jiffy. He was pleasant, efficient and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it for as little money and time as possible. Also, Samantha was a dream to talk to on the the phone. After calling several businesses who failed to answer, she helped me and wiggled some time in for an appointment. Thanks all. My fridge and freezer are cool again!
