Id like to thank you not only for the server who put ice in my cider when I specified no ice (annoyies the tar out of me!) but also for not keeping the buffet stocked BOTH times I went up scrambled was out and the potato cheese thing was low/out after I left and I only got about a scoop not to mention it was 80-90% cooked still had a little crunch to it And if you want to see so you can make a note im typing this from a phone with a black and blue case in the semi-outside area by the door to the buffet more/less atm

Business response:

We are sorry that the server put ice in your drink. We are also sorry that the buffet was running low on some items. Can you please email us at info@appleholler.com so that we can make things right. Thank you.

I stopped at Apple Holler during the Christmas season for lunch and was impressed with the soup and salad bar. There were many choices and everything was fresh and tasty. They actually had 2 soups to choose from. After lunch I went over to the country store and did some great Christmas shopping. I picked up wine, sauces, jellies and jams to make baskets of goodies for friends and family Pricing and selection was good all around and the decorations were magical. They even had REAL reindeer!

Business response:

We are glad that you had such a nice visit at Apple Holler. Thank you for the compliments. Come back soon!

I bought half a gallon of your apple cider. Not even two weeks ago. It has been I. The fridge this entire time. So I go to open it to have some today and it is completely fermented. I am not happy that I wasted the money for not only that. But a $20 entrance fee to just go pick Apples which was only half a peck; is ridiculous. I won't be going back.

Business response:

Dear Kim, Thank you so much for visiting our orchard and taking the time to let us know about the cider that you bought. Our cider is freshly pressed apples with no preservatives. We do recommend that it be used within a week or it can be frozen to last longer. I'm very sorry you had anything less than a perfect experience with us. The $20 is for the whole apple farm experience, not just picking apples. We do also have the option of getting the half peck bag of pre-picked apples for $10. Again, my apologies. We'd really like... read more

It's the place where kids and family should go. There's a bakery, a restaurant, fresh apples, and cider, country music over and over again. Hay rides, animals, like Turkey, chickens, pigs, ducks and horses. Corn maze, Johnny Appleseed . Don't forget to pick apples!!!!!

While prices may have drastically gone up, I still had a pretty good time with my friends. Castro made our trip worth it, was very friendly, and made sure the open fire pit stayed warm for the visitors.
