First time visitor. Nice place, but most expensive orchard I've ever been too and the pricing is complicated. Bring a wad of cash. Wouldn't come back.
Business response:
Hello Jeff, We are glad that you thought our place was nice. We are sorry that it seemed pricey and complicated. We are sorry to hear that you had anything but a great time. Sincerely, Dave, Apple Holler owner
I've loved going to Apple Holler for the past two years, but this year unfortunately will be my last. The prices have skyrocketed and the bags for picking are ridiculously tiny. Staff at the restaurant were rude and it took over 30 minutes just to buy a donut at the bakery. So, so disappointed that this once anticipated ritual will be ending for us.
Business response:
Hello Ebony, Thank you for visiting us. We appreciate our return guests and are sorry to hear that you were disappointed n your visit this year. Our prices are the same as last year with the same size bag that fits about 6lbs. of apples. I am sorry if it doesn’t appear that way. I am also sorry that any staff was rude to you. We encourage our employees to be courteous and helpful. We are also sorry for the wait for the donuts. We do get very busy during the fall. We do not like any of our guests to have anything less than a ... read more

Business response:
Hey Diamond Jude! Thank you for taking the time to visit us and post a strong review! We're glad you found lots of goodies to eat!
I took my nieces this weekend and was incredibly disappointed by the unfriendly staff and patronizing owner. He gave my mom bad information which caused a lot of frustration. Thank goodness my nieces didn't notice what was going on but I will NEVER go again and I will be spreading the word that this place is over priced and the staff has no regard for their customers! Find another apple orchard to take your family!
Business response:
Dear Frankie, We are sorry that you had anything less than a great time. We are sorry for any confusion about closing times. We apologize that any of our staff seemed rude. Generally we have exceptional employees. We do care a lot about our customers. Our hope is that everyone leaves the farm happy. Sincerely, Dave, Apple Holler Owner

I took my grandson we had a great time! Lots of fun we did not pick apples, he is only three . He loved all the slides and the peddle cars. Playing in the corn was a favorite, along with climbing on all the hay.! He played on everything at least twice and could have stayed there all day!
I don't understand why everyone is complaining about prices. This is an EXPERIENCE! where else can you pay $20 to pick apples, eat unlimited amounts of them, and pet cute little goats and chickens? I had an amazing time here today, just like I always do. What's $20 a person compared to a day full of fun and great memories?
Business response:
