I found you about 17 years ago while driving railroad workers. I fell in love with your food, friendly service, reasonable prices. I made road trips every year up until about 5 years ago when my health started failing me, now I make it when I can. Excellent place! Love the food, staff, and gift shop! The baked goods are amazing, especially the apple cider donuts and apple pie!
My daughter and I just love this place... from apple picking in the fall... to a weekend breakfast buffet throughout the year... to the wonderfully hospitable service... well worth every visit!

Awful service on the day before mother's day. We were giving the wrong menu for the buffet. The buffet was cold. Except the chicken because they had to keep coming out with more. We were there with 15 people. Some had buffet some ordered off the menu. The people that ordered off the menu the side dishes were cold.

Home town people who still carry through with the home town traditions.gonna miss it, living in California...
I called last weekend to see if we needed reservations for the Easter Buffet & girl on phone told me NO. We drove an hour to get here only to be told NO! Talk to the manager & she was a Bitch & turned us away. Nice way to treat repeat customers that have been coming there for years, had birthday party there for our Handicap daughter!!!!! Actually just had lunch there last weekend & with scratcher we were coming back again, but HELL NO now!!!

The ribs are the best in wisconsin. The atmosphere is great and the service is fantastic. Also the buffets are awesome!

Id like to thank you not only for the server who put ice in my cider when I specified no ice (annoyies the tar out of me!) but also for not keeping the buffet stocked BOTH times I went up scrambled was out and the potato cheese thing was low/out after I left and I only got about a scoop not to mention it was 80-90% cooked still had a little crunch to it And if you want to see so you can make a note im typing this from a phone with a black and blue case in the semi-outside area by the door to the buffet more/less atm
