I was told I was approved for the vehicle of choice, upon showing up, I was shown lesser vehicles and then insulted with a request of a downpayment when this wasn't the original case. Apple Ford will no longer receive my, my family's or friends' business.
Whole purchase experience was phenomenal especially John did an amazing job, highly recommend

Due to incentives being different in the region from where I live, I did not buy from them but would in an instant. They were extremely helpful and took time to answer my questions even after it was apparent I wouldn't be purchasing a vehicle. Very responsive, polite and thorough is how I would describe them. I will call them in the future even though I am several states away.
