Quick response initially. Unfortunately, if I ever questioned anything they definitely treated a potential customer in a negative fashion. I asked a clarifying question regarding licensing and the reaction was defensive. I was told a trade in price sight unseen and they backed out. I kept all communications to clarify with them and no follow-up. Austin was the salesman, definitely acted too busy to earn my business. Thankful they sold the vehicle to someoneelse, I'm hoping they were treated with more respect.

We couldn't agree on a price between this truck and my truck that I had to trade in. We were about $1000 apart although they did call me back later, I had already purchased another truck from another dealer.

All around a good experience.
I've had more knowledge based reps and better customer service at local dealerships. The manager I spoke with was great. The rep Kyle was distant and a little too direct for my experience. I was instructed to upload all my information The night before so they could expedite the process in the morning and when I got there it was like all that time I spent the night before uploading all the documents was useless.
