Dealer contacted me right away to set up test drive and qualify for financing. When I went to dealer car was clean and ready for a test drive. Salesman (C.Happy) had all the paperwork ready to go. Took about a hour start to finish and I was on my way.
I have not liked car buying ⦠it seems like once the price is settled and my trade in is valued ⦠the sales person mentally moves on. Nick K. kept me the main focus from the beginning to the point I drove off the lot minimizing any wait time. The only downside, the manual for my truck is missing and I tend to find myself travelling in locales where I do not have any cell service ⦠God forbid I have an issue requiring the manual ⦠I will give Nick a call.

The salesman starts to talk down the price of your trade in from the very first second you step in the door. typical car salesman experience sat in the show room for 15 minutes while 15 salesman walked by and never said a word except for gabbing about how awesome they are with their buddies. still bought the truck cause i really like that particular truck. the finance guy was the complete opposite very polite gave tips and genuine help.
