The first time I was going to test drive the van a repair had to be fortunately my salesman called before I drove down. The drive was fine, the van seemed decent for the miles, but the interior had not been cleaned-it had dirt chunks all over. The follow up email the salesman sent was generic-all the links on the email didn't work. Ok dealership, good communication from the salesman, but the details were completely missing.
I purchased the vehicle from them. It was quick and painless. No issues and the salesperson (Veronica) was great.

Horrible experience! After being told the vehicle was still available, driving 2 1/2 hours and multiple calls to check on of I was still on my way, was shown a truck I expressed no interest in and then they didn't know where the keys were for the vehicle I was there to see. Once they finally located the keys, I was informed that some had already put a refundable deposit down on the truck.
