Well equipped small training facility with enthusiastic and knowledgeable coaches. Great powerlifting and strongman training. Sports massage therapy also excellent!

I train with Chris & James. Both great/friendly with their own style. I feel intimidated by a gym environment but Apollo is very welcoming & fun. Each class is tailored to the individual. Highly recommend

Amazing coaches. Professional and fun. The unit is fresh, clean with excellent equipment. James has helped me smash PBs and fixed my hip instability. Can't recommend Apollo enough! Thanks guys. X

Great place to train! Great supportive couches. Strongman is always good fun! Dog friendly too

I’ve been training with Chris for around 18 months now & couldn’t be happier! His programming has helped me progress every aspect of my training, overcome injuries and I’m now lifting more than I ever thought I could. The gym has all the kit you could possibly want, is always spotless and if Chris & James’ encouragement isn’t enough, there’s occasionally a dog on hand for moral support too!
