I had a great Physiotherapy service experience with Akshita Reddy. She was extremely supportive and very flexible with timings. I would definitely recommend her for any future services as well.
One of the worst customer service by Deepen Roy. He plays with customers requirements and threatens to not provide service. Disconnecting call on the face of customer. All I wanted was a simple IV drip. For that he had to waste 3 hrs to get a conclusion. After booking through the website he says, “he did not make the website so it’s not his problem”. When the front faces of the company don’t take ownership for the services, who will take ? The team is useless and clearly running on a bunch of useless agents.
I Bharath took physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Sai Susmitha, and I am extremely happy with her therapy and overall approach. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I had a wonderful experience with Dr B anjani priya and give her a well-deserved 5/5 stars!
