Noemi, from the APM Monaco store, based in Westfeild (White City), was an absolute star today. I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. She was; kind, attentive & had fantastic knowledge about the brand! She facilitated my in store order that I had previously placed. I really hope that my review gets recognised by Head Office/the Area Manager as this type of talent needs to be recognised & celebrated in the business… She is someone APM Monaco does not want to loose!

I was served by Nora. The service was 10/10, she was very kind and helped me find a bracelet which i now wear daily and get many compliments on. I always recommend them to go to the white city branch! I was very impressed and will definitely come to repurchase jewellery from the lovely Nora :)
i just bought a ring from riddi, her service was horrible i asked for a cleaning service and she didn’t help and ignored me when i asked. She also said are you going to buy something this time and gave a damaged bag at the end.
