Made the unfortunate decision to use this firm to sell our shared ownership flat this year. They were one of the recommended solicitors from Haart estate agents and it was one of the worst decisions we made. We did not have a good experience with this company. We were recommended to use them through our mortgage broker who has since deeply regretted ever sending us in their direction. During the same time, three other clients of our mortgage broker had the same issues with APL. There were weeks where we just were ghosted by this company with no communication from them at all.
