We had an awful experience with this company due to extremely poor communication and disorganised service. Our case was repeatedly delayed because we were asked for documents they already had. When our conveyancer was out of office for a prolonged amount of time, we were not informed and no alternative contact was provided. Absolutely appalling conveyancing company. My buyers are currently trying to use these to purchase my property. They have cause so many unnecessary delays, practically impossible to contact, take weeks to get back to my solicitor. Currently causing an issue over deed of variation that 2 other law firms have advised is not require as it doesnt relate to the current lease.
