Apex Gym is great for all abilities able bodied and SEN. For those who feel intimidated at larger gyms or maybe looking for a small friendly independent gym They are here for you.. Come drop in for a chat and a coffee. There are classes and pay as you go drop in gym. The classes are suitable for all abilities and can be adapted to suit.
