I booked in for a facial and wax appointment. I really wasn't sure which facial I needed, Ann was extremely professional and took her time to analyse my skin and asked me relevant questions regarding my skin and skincare routine. I genuinely felt like she wanted to know what I want out of the treatment. I visit Ann often to get eyebrow threading. She always takes her time making sure they look perfect and they always do. Today I took my daughter for the first time. She has Autism and severe anxiety. Ann was so kind and caring with her, making her feel comfortable and checked if she wanted a break. This understanding helped my daughter to relax and her eyebrows look lovely.
