Worst experience ever. I wish I could just take the new car back & have a better experience elsewhere. It was all about them & not me. Paid way more than expected, $110 for a first aid kit, wheel locks, whatever their zurich care is, hidden add ons over $1000 I didn’t ask for or know about until financing. Gave me a hard drive instead of paperwork, uh I don’t trust you & to insert it into my computer for possible corruption? What ever happened to VW care packages, gold, platinum?
