The dealership accommodated and addressed all purchase and trade-in concerns I had during initial viewing and test drive. I was particularly happy with the salesman Trevor. Easy going but thorough and reassuring regarding the potential sale. He also had an unusual trait for a salesman - no pressure to complete sale on the first day I viewed the vehicle.
I knew it was going to be a challenge to get the repairs we needed covered under warranty, but Emilie Knight and her technicians were the perfect team for the job. I can’t say enough about Emilie and what great communication she provided along the way. My experience with Atwerpen Volkwagon Service was top notch and left nothing to be desired. Buyer beware. My new car with 37 miles on odometer, was delivered to me with a torn seat. In addition on the 3rd day of ownership it was having major electrical issues also broken visor clip (which I had to get upset in order to have it replaced). They said it wasn't covered. The torn seat was immediately addressed by the salesman who was very professional and helpful. I was happy with him. But the service dept is a separate thing.
