Buying experience was fine however a week later I noticed rust spots all over the car. It was clearly iron dust from transport or stored near manufacturing. I live 2 hours from this dealership and drove down for a good deal. It took me a month and four calls to talk to someone to offer a solution. They offered to resolve the issue but only if I brought the car back to them knowing it's a 4 hour round trip for me plus the wait time. Our Sales Associate, Kameeri was excellent. She was knowledgeable, professional and genuinely wonderful to deal and interact with. As a buyer w/poor to fair credit (& limited funds), Kameeri worked with me and the Antwerpen financial team to get me a great vehicle. This is by far the WORST car dealership I’ve worked with in over 20 years of buying. Employees don’t communicate with each other or with the customer, and every encounter is at least 30 minutes of being passed around and having to call back before even beginning to address the issues. Their service department is atrocious. My BRAND NEW 2025 Atlas was in my possession for less than a week and has spent nearly 3 weeks in the service center for manufacturing problems. No updates are given-always have to call and pry information... read more

Marcus was great. When I pushed back about all the add ons that pushed the price over my limit he understood and worked with me. I know the add ons are important to the dealerships business but they inflate the price well beyond the buyers limit.

Very clean dealership, efficient operation, Ms. Karmeeri was helpful and tried to ge us in and out as quick as possible. We showed up late on a Saturday afternoon and got us processed and out the door with the new truck we purchased.
