Got the car I wanted. The PROCESS was to long. I was a cash buyer
Sent the car in to have air bag replaced oil changed and my driver side door wouldn't lock. Did the air bag and oil change. But didn't do door. Send it back to have it done....lied to and said it was done. Call to find out why and try to have it resolved.....never called back..so unless you know someone who works there, find a different place
Where to start? I have been a customer of Antwerpen for many years, but lately I've noticed a severe decline in their service department/mechanics. Long story short, they misdiagnosed the issue with my daughter's car and we spent a lot of money to get it fixed. After it was "fixed", the issue continued to persist. They told me to bring it back asap, which was 2 days later (because we have full time jobs). Poor customer service, Unreliable, not trusted, terrible experience. I am trading in my vehicle because of this dealership's customer service. I made an appointment three weeks prior to the appointment date. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning and was told by the end of the day that my car had not been worked on, and it would not be worked on that day. Went in to have a diagnostic test and they fixed the issue within 2 hours!!! Great service
Sabrina is an excellent product specialist. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend you see her for your new or used car needs.
Emily in the setvice department was very nice and helpful. She called us and let us know the cost on everything and when the car was done. Very pleasant to talk too.
