Great customer service, on time, thorough, and very helpful. When I needed our home retreated, there was no additional cost and they did what they said there were going to do, and it worked!
Be afraid be very afraid, be aware and be very aware these guys are horrendous. Their service is not competent along with their customer service. Their manager Matt, who personally cannot handle a conversation , flip flops every time you speak to him unless it fits his version, Along with Martha who actually threatened me over the phone. Dates, days ....the calender..these are things they don't understand!! Ruben from Antac Pest Control does an excellent job keeping my home free of pests. When I first starting using the service I had a horrible problem with ants. They were everywhere and I tried every ant control product I could find to get rid of them. Since Ruben started treating my home for pests, I haven't seen one single ant. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and he always asks if I'm having any specific problems so that he can ensure the problem is taken care of. Thanks to Ruben and Antac my home is always pest free!
We had a major rat drama in our house and Bill from Antac took care of it! I got a same day appointment and Bill calmed my frayed nerves. He was obviously skilled and efficient and we had our rat out of the house in one day! I would recommend Bill and Antac to all my friends!
I was receiving serves from Antac for 4 years; I paid this account on an annual basis but couldn’t receive a comprehensive bill or notice of renewal from them because their computer wasn’t programmed for it. So every December I would have to call them and explain that I wanted an annual service and it was a hassle. The office staff the last time of renewal only billed me for five services and received a bill in December for services rendered. I called them and explained that this was paid annually.
