RecommendedTheir poisons really do the job and kill everything dead
Bill came out for an inspection this morning. The bad news is that I had termites in my floor, attic, and facia. The good news is that the treatments offered were 1/2 what I was expecting to pay and the warranty was solid. Bill was very honest and had a good, trustworthy demeanor about him. I'd highly recommend this company and this inspector for any pest control needs.
I would NOT recommend using Antac and have filed a formal complaint with the Structural Pest Control Board for California. One of Antac's inspectors came to our home, was there for 5 minutes. Our house was for sale and we required a Full Inspection to obtain a Section I Clearance. He stated that a Section I Clearance always required tenting and filed a false report without entering or inspecting the home stating we had termites w/out ever inspecting the property wanting to charge us $4,660.00. Josh is absolutely great! Honest, knowledgeable, professional, straight-forward, conscientious. He cares for your well-being as well as for the environment. I have always been very happy with his services.
All bugs are eliminated! Bill was very helpful since the beginning. I called several exterminators I found in Google but some of them didn't answer the phone and others were not available.
Bill called back with an appointment for 50 minutes later. He listened to my concerns then sprayed the entire inside and outside for almost 1 hour. He moved furniture and opened all cabinets and doors to spray. He treated my indoor plants and planters and put bait in the kitchen cabinets.
Fast response. Handled the problem and follow ups on the job. Very happy.
Im a happy customer, will recommend them without any doughts....
