He said this type of treatment is 100% effective for my house. He is very professional and is very clean and neat while in the house. He would not even accept a tip from me even though he offered a complimentary service because I had to wait a day due to his backlog of appointments because of rain. He advised to contact him for any future concerns
Hired this company to inspect a property a client was purchasing. Inspection called for $2,100 of work. Antac was paid, the work was done and the home purchase closed. The home has termites everywhere (3 weeks later)! After calling multiple times and begging/threatening them to come and honor their termite clearance they finally come out. We are told that the house now needs to be tented and we need to pay another $2,200. Great service!! Very knowledgeable and will help you with whatever you need, he will make sure you are satisfied with the service, he even accommodated me for same day service, now not everyone does that!!! Overall very happy and highly recommended
I have been an Antac customer for many many years... and up until now the Service has been excellent..... However today I decided that I did not need the periodic appointment. (Nor had I needed the previous 2). But I was informed that because I wished to cancel a 3rd appointment in a row, that my business was no longer needed, and my account would be terminated. Seriously? Is that the new model for customer retention? I guess I will now be seeking an alternative pest control service.
