Tech was immediately frustrated when she found out I had gel polish on my toes. Was very rough getting it off and the and after told me it would cost $5 more even though it didn’t cost any extra just a few weeks prior. She then did a very poor job with the rest of the pedicure. Did not scrub my heels at all and didn’t even cut my nails until I realized she was finished and I had to ask her to do it. I left without polishing my toes due to such poor service and expensive cost. Will not be back.
They took extra money off my card an my nails looked really bad

I love Ann’s! I’ve never been disappointed. Got my pedicure done by my girl Doo! She’s GREAT at what she does. Always friendly. Does a GREAT job takes her time. And makes sure it’s right!

I go to Anns every 2 weeks and spend $60 on my full in and eye brows. Katie is great I usually have an appt with her and never have an issue. Today, Katie was already booked for the time I needed. They booked me with someone else and when I walked in and gave my name I couldn’t remember who I was booked with. I gave my name and was told “anyone can do you” I said no I have an appt when she finally found who my appt was with, she said to sit and wait. I will NEVER go to this place again!!! Went to get my nails done for my wedding and when I went outside I noticed a bunch of things wrong lines were all over hearts had bubbles in them gray was bubbled up !! Went back in after being there for a HOUR AND A HALF to get gel polish on and asked for a refund they REFUSED to give me my money back wanted me to be there longer to get them fixed !!! This place is horrible !! Thanks for taking my money and making my nails look horrible for my wedding!!!
I can't wait to go back!
