I really wish I would’ve read reviews before stopping by. Staff is rude & nail tech was extremely rough pulling on my hands & tapping on the counter to get my attention. I will not return! Zero stars given

I went for the 2nd or 3rd time last week because of a time constraint. My nail/finger/hand hurt terribly. I finally removed the mail because it was bleeding from under my nail. My finger is swoll, and had a foul discharge coming out of my finger where the nail is! I wouldn’t recommend Ann Nail to my worse enemy! Second time trying this place out and was once again disappointed. Unfriendly, pushy, and unprofessional staff.
I was in and out under 20 minutes! Yay!
Service has always been hit or miss but today was a huge miss. walked in at opening and signed in. was put into a chair and watched while they serviced everyone around me. I patiently waited while everyone else got their nails done. after waiting an hour and 20 minutes I asked who was supposed to be doing my nails and was told they were getting to me soon. I finally asked that they just remove my existing SNS so I could leave. after being the an hour and half the only thing I had to show for it was bare nails.
I just got banned from Ann’s because a worker OVER scraped the gel off of my toes. I don’t live here but every time I’m in town I come. This is my first time have an issue. Ann is very rude and disrespectful.
Tiffany rushed me to pick my color. Then the one I picked out on the model finger was not what was in the bottle. Ok fine but then she tried to force me to get a color I didn’t want. I’m not pleased at all
