By far worst customer service ever! Did not even give me a full manicure just changed my nail color. If I'm paying for a full manicure I expect a full manicure. If I wanted just a color change I would have specified and not paid $45 for a color change. Lady that did my nails scoffed and rolled her eyes when I asked her to cut my nails shorter. Never go here unless you want to be treated like a major inconvenience and receive a horrible SNS dip manicure that chips off within a couple of days!
Been going here for about 2 years , i wont go anywhere else. They never disappoint.
I like the work but every time I’m told one price and it’s always different I’m being told it 20$ & getting charged 35$? And then when I mention it they make you feel like your wrong and they said no such thing , so she get 2 stars because of that *make sure all your techs are on the same page and this is the 3rd time you guys ! It’s becoming a problem # you will be over priced watch out say something !!!! People shouldn’t let this happen and the don’t deserve 4 star she’s on a. 3 star level

Wait time is getting ridiculous, I waited almost an hour for a repair and a polish change. A lady that was there way after I was got taken back before I did. The new girl working at the front is rude and when I asked her why the lady was taken back before me she couldn’t give an explanation and just said they would be with me as soon as they could, she wasn’t even directing any of the nail techs as to who was next
Love love love this place! Was on my lunch break and decided to get my nails done. They were able to fit me in at a timely manner. And my nail tech was beyond hilarious and we were talking the whole time. Didn’t get his name but he said next time I come back to ask for “ Crazy #7”. I will definitely be back!
My well my pre mothers day was messed up I waited 3 hours to get my mom ,sister and my toes done to only be put on the other side with feet soaking waiting to the point water got cold ,wasn't offered a drink or nothing, left with wet socks and shoes ,I drive to Gastonia just to come to Ann's I guess I need to find a place in Charlotte now clearly my business wasn't welcome
The blonde women up front was very rude and unprofessional. I used to go to Ann’s Nails all of the time but I will not be back sadly.
