While there are some good nail techs there, it's hit or miss and the wait is often over an hour and half on the weekends and evenings. So if you work normal hours it can be impossible to get in, even with an appointment sometimes. I've been a loyal customer here for almost 2 years now, but after 2 attempts to get in at an hour and a half wait plus (and not allowed to make an appointment) I will seek out a new place.
We always get excellent service! Very clean and minimal wait. Tammy and Bella are great.

I have been a customer for years but i will NOT be giving them my money again. The employees don’t even know the prices. They all told me different prices. They add their own tip in as well.. this place has went down hill! �
Went for the first time to Ann's nails yesterday. Took my mother there for her birthday to get a pedicure. The staff was pleasant and had a conversation with us for most of the time we were there. Will definitely be going there again. The glass of mimosa was nice to sip on while getting our pedicures.
