My sister and I came in for the first time to have some quality girl time. They were polite and got us in quickly. We went for the deluxe pedicure, it was wonderful! Both of our ladies did a fantastic job, they were very attentive and didn't rush. We also added having our brows done, perfect- in shape, the wax wasn't scalding, and pulled off painlessly. They we're very professional, by far one of the best experiences we have had and it won't be the last time we go back! Can't wait to try some other services.
I love this place im always taking care of and the staff has always been respectful. I dont talk much so them not talking dont bother me. Just sit and relax. Well recommended to all my girlfriends
I recently had the worst experience ever getting my nails done here. The technician who I went to for fillin did not shape than else correctly also did not paint them all the way to the cuticle thus making my nails look like they were done a week ago when they were only die in 2 days ago. When I went back and to have her fix them she copped an attitude on on top of that she complain in said I was too cheap that I just want my money back when in all actuality all I wanted was my nails done correctly. My wife got a terrible nail job, woman rummaged through her purse and grabbed money out of my wife’s wallet without permission, and the woman didn’t even turn the drying machine on. Just another reason Gastonia is absolute trash.
Very fancy and very reasonably priced.
I haven’t lived here long but this place meets all my expectations! I use to go to the same nail place for 6+ years in Jacksonville NC, and never could find a nail salon that met my expectations - until i found this place! You have own me as a loyal customer for however long i live here! Everyone is so nice - the salon is beautiful and clean - the final results of my nails is always amazing!
My technician was very knowledgeable and took her time making sure my pedicure was perfect.
