RecommendedI went to ann's spa today. I had a really good experience. Friendly and clean place to visit. I highly recommend the spa.
I went for a manicure & pedicure and after placing my hands in “cuticle remover” my fingernails quickly turned yellow and a day later remain so in addition to becoming extra thin and weak. Manicure fee was waived however was informed that police would be contacted if I didn’t pay for the pedicure. Owner would not talk to me via phone when I expressed my concern to the receptionist ( who was not of any help)... she hung up prior to my receiving phone. Awful customer service. They charged my card twice, once for my transaction and again for someone else’s without my consent. I went back to get a refund and they said there is nothing they can do?!?! Awful awful awful. Do NOT recommend going there.
I have been going to Ann’s for 10 years. The quality of service has gone down hill. I have never had such bad quality work and have never been treated so rudely as I was today by Katelyn. Her work is poor and when I asked for it to be fixed she got upset with me and stopped working on me altogether. I left with polish on the skin of my fingers, and marks all in the polish on my nails. She was terrible!
The best pedicure I've ever gotten !!! love this place will not go anywhere else!!!
Staff are super sweet! Annie does an amazing job as do the other ladies!
I had to take my daughter with me today to get my SNS nails fixed because the guy who did them last time did a terrible job. I was going to let her get a kids pedicure to keep her entertained. 🤣 This place wanted to charge me $3 per toe plus $20 because my 3 year old daughter wanted rainbow toes. $50! 🤣 Hard pass.
