Went March 12th to get manicure, paid with debit card . Noticed on my online bank I got charged more than receipt stated. Call up there and lady starts to giggle as I tell her I was overcharged. I ask her was it funny to her that they take more out than they should and she quit talking. Another lady got on phone and said somebody would check on my information and call me back. Horrible customer service, my fingers were bleeding by the time they got done with my nails. There was a girl beside me who’s fingers were bleeding also. The owner is very rude and they act like they don’t want to give you what you ask for. Would not recommend going here, my fingers hurt so bad.

l travel from Gaffney, S.C. to visit Ann's. Spa. l am always pampered while there.
My best friend and I went here two days ago. I’ve been coming to Ann’s for a long time and it was all great. Well my friend’s nail broke not even 2 hours after we left the salon. My gel polish has chipped off 2 days later. She went back the next day and they redid her entire set for free. Today, 2 days from when I got them done I called and they told me to come back and they would repaint the nails that have chipped.
