Our visit was for a repair to a necklace. We weren't spending lots of money on new jewellery yet the service and attention we received from three members of staff was exceptional. Each one got involved and between them came up with the best and most economical way to set about it. I have to say the attitude was just beautiful, and I am now able to wear my necklace again.

This was our first experience with Anne Morgan and although it was only a fairly small repair job everyone was very friendly and we were pleasantly surprised at the price for the work.

I lost the middle diamond to my engagement ring, rather than buy a new one I wanted to reuse my own pieces of jewellery. They ran through different options listened to my requests and the result is a stunning engagement ring that I’m so pleased with. They used the two original remaining diamonds and the solitaire diamond from my other ring and mounted them on my original wedding band that had become two small for me.
