I'm sitting here, unable to sleep, thinking about all the billing issues I've had to deal with over the last 5 months. FIVE MONTHS! Due to some internal error, all of the claims that are submitted to my insurance company are marked out of network. Funds from my Healthcare spending accounts were used to pay out of network expenses that should've been in network in the first place. I can't get any status update on when this will be fixed and not one time after all my emails and calls has anyone in billing offered to return the... read more

I can't begin to say enough about the comprehensive care for our son from the entire team here. Responsive, attentive, smart, and compassionate. Our son has quite a lot of medical issues and docs on his team from Lurie's and Shriners and Loyola and our team at Town and Country Peds has been a perfect ten!

I just got a voicemail from the ophthalmologist department. I called earlier today to follow up for the second time because it has been well over a month since my doctor sent out a referral for my son to see an eye doctor. They called to inform me that the doctor reviewed my sons case and decided that it's not medically necessary for a doctor to see my son. My son is four years old and has autism; he has been having problems with his vision. He squints hard to look at things and unfortunately he is not capable of explaining ... read more
