The PICU STAFF, from the doctors, nurses, techs, dietitians, and housekeeping ALL were/are BEYOND AMAZING. My daughter timiria was admitted for her asthma and she's been on a ventilator for two days now. The staff are so caring and supportive. They make sure the parents are comfortable and explain EVERYTHING they are doing or plan on doing in full detail. The nurses here are PHENOMENAL AND LET YOU KNOW THAT THERE ARE STILL GREAT NURSES OUT HERE �����
Any time our son is sick and we have to bring him to the ER Lurie's is our first choice because their doctors specialize in just children. Thank you!

My baby was transferred and admitted to Lurie Children's hospital from another medical center. Immediately upon arrival, he was admitted to the PICU. The staff worked quickly and diligently so that my son would be stable and comfortable while in the hospital. His stay consisted of 13 days and each day the treatment that was given to him was compassoniate and excellent!
