I recieved a bunch of flowers for mother's day that my partner had purchased for me. Now while the flowers themselves were a good quality, I found the size of the bouquet to be rather meagre in comparison to the advertised photo and just very small in general for the price. This bouquet was £44 and honestly you can get a larger bouquet of the same quality from the morrison florist counter for half of the price. Nevermind the £8 delivery charge. Recently ordered a funeral wreath and went with florists choice. Absolutetly delighted with it. Excellent service.
My low star rating is not a reflection of the funeral flowers delivered but the service received. I called from overseas due to the passing of my aunt in Scotland. During the call, there was some behavior that was inappropriate but I let it pass as the lady apologised.
