My experience with Anke Damp Proofing could not have been better. From my first conversation with Frances, the company could not have been more helpful or efficient. Anke have been fantastic in sorting out the damp issue I had in my home. From the start Emma/Frances were great over the emails in organising the initial appointment and sending us also aftercare advice. Martin who came round to survey and quote for us was so friendly and professional. Even when he had to come round again and inspect a second wall before our works began, this was no hassle! I initially found the team helpful in trying to find an appointment for a survey, but they were quite inflexible with the available days and times for a visit. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience when I needed an afternoon appointment during a week when my dad was visiting from abroad, and I had an operation. I was told that the surveyor 'isn’t going to wait in London all day,' and told to contact other company which was quite disheartening given the circumstances.
