Anita put us at ease at a most difficult sad time and made us feel supported throughout the whole funeral process. There was no sense of having to speed through anything while she tried to get a sense of who Mum was and what type of ceremony we wanted for her. She is a very personable, professional lady with a good sense of humour. We were impressed with how she was able to capture the essence of my Mum & several people commented on what a personal, heartfelt eulogy she gave. Anita was absolutely brilliant. Her eye for detail and personal service was spot on. All the funeral guests commented on how great the service was in celebrating my Dad's life. My Dad would have been very proud. Thankyou so much Anita and I would highly recommend you to everyone.
Anita, I just wanted to say what a fantastic service you gave our mum, everyone said how lovely and personalised you made it. It was as if you knew her. Thank you again so so much, you really made such a sad day so much easier.
Anita was fantastic, she made a very sad day special. Thoughtful and kind she took her time to help my family and I plan a beautiful send off for my Mum. Would definitely recommend for another type of service.
