After this latest situation of turning away a pup in need of help, makes me wonder....did they let my Tobie die, and only tell me he would die anyway if they operated?? Could they have saved him!! Makes me question them!
I rushed our cat here. The staff would not help her unless I had payment in hand. I explained to them that my husband was on the way(w/payment) but they still turned us away. Our cat passed away painfully after I repeatedly begged them to help. They might ha e been able to save her in the time it took them to tell me no. Now they've turned away a dog with severe burns over payment. They would've received payment in both cases. Thank you and your staff that showed caring and compassion for my "devil cat", SKOOTER, this evening. I don't even want to be around him when he is like that. Nothing on y'all...he just does not like to go to the vet and makes sure everyone is aware of it! Y'all were very pleasant and took time to talk to me and explain.what was wrong and what needed to be done.
