I have had to go here a few times over the years and they have been very helpful.
I had an emergency with my cat last night, her tail got closed in a door, and I took her here at 8pm. Due to COVID-19 precautions I waited in the car for a tech to come get my cat and I was told the doctor would call me after he examines her. Dr. Fisher called 15 minutes later and let me know what was going on and what his plan was. A tech came out and went over the estimate in detail with me and then a few hours later we were called and they said she was ready to go home.
