went in with my Chihuahua that was having a heart attack and vomiting blood. was told unless I could get a loan I couldn't be seen. I was very disappointed. who knows what unnecessary things are being done bc of the funding.
start by firing the arrogant faget they've got working up front!
The staff here is amazing. I know my dog is difficult on a regular day, but add in an injury and he was a really tough patient. Every staff member handled us with such care and composure. They give you a quote before anything happens, and took their time to answer any questions and go over the procedure and possible outcomes. The facility was very clean, and even though it was fairly busy I do not feel like the wait time was too long. The price was more than fair for emergency treatment.
They are the best! The whole staff was extremely patient, helpful and professional. My dog gets very anxious and they really managed her well. They explained everything in detail and I did not feel rushed at 1 am!!!! I received all the paperwork as requested and they even sent the med records to my dog's vet before I even asked. I am extremely pleased and can't thank them enough! It is a nice and clean place! I definitely recommend this place if you stay in the Richmond or Moore County area!
