Excellent staff great service. They were honest in saying what they could and could not do. We were referred to NC State and NC State echoed what we were told. Excellent advice and care.
We brought my dog here after she was attacked by another dog, even called ahead and gave them a heads up we were on the way. The parking lot was full, we waited 45 minutes, after several dogs were brought out we called back to see if someone was coming soon and were told “there’s still one more ahead of you”. I understand others may be hurt/sick too but how can you prioritize care if you haven’t put eyes on her wounds yet?? Called and told them what was going on with my dog, vomiting, became unresponsive on my drive there, and was lethargic on arrival. We were told someone would be out soon. My dog meanwhile continues to vomit, is still lethargic and not responding appropriately. My husband called back 25 minutes later and we were told there were 3 people ahead of us. they were very rude and unprofessional to my brother. i even got hung up on by the doctor!!!!
They where great in helping me when I had to make the hard decision to put my dog to sleep.
I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I stay 45 mins away. my dog had 1 puppy but the other one for stuck. they started the bill at a little over $2,100 for a c section. 8:30pm the bank isnt open. I cant do anything til the morning so they told me there was nothing they could do. I would of brought the money back with me but no they didnt wanna hear that. than her whole attitude changed. she became very rude . my dog has a fever of 103 and we have to get this puppy out asap or she will die. they dont care, they dont work wit... read more
