In cases of emergency, if you can't pay right then, your pet will DIE. They will not see your pet.
The vet sat on the floor with us, made us feel confident and Harebare comfortable, and she was compassionately professional. We appreciate the entire staff's care.
they are amazing I cannot believe the effort they put forth love them. not every ending can be as good as ours I know these people are no joke they are dedicated to taking care of our animals during a hurricane they brought life back into our little Daisy would I Recommend them to any and everyone. I wish our community could raise money so they could have ventilator

I have been here several times for pet emergencies. Good place but a bit expensive!
Need to give more financial options not everyone is ready to pay all that money.

My son took his 2 small dogs that had been attacked by 2 large dogs and were bleeding to Animal urgent care all they were interested in was getting paid not the care of the dogs. It's odd they had them apply for credit care and the bill for looking at them and giving them something for pain and a antibiotic was $488. After being approved for $500. Sent them home and were told to go to their vet the next day. One of the dogs was still bleeding. They were only interested in money not helping!!
