Good angling shop but quite confusing price tags wouldn’t recommend
Choices of tackle, range of items and prices are great. Customer service especially the Chester store is absolutely terrible. I was only in today for a quick visit to collect some items I had reserved from this store online! This was done the day before, on arriving at the till after grabbing a few extras I asked for my reservations? To be told they haven’t been picked, in such a way may I add that seemed as if the employee couldn’t be bothered! They were too busy yesterday!!. Bought a landing net and it broke after using it 3 times, took back to the shop hoping to replace, ummm not a chance, they took pictures and said they will be sent to the manufacturer and will be sorted within 6 weeks, 10 weeks later and emails ignored. Will never buy from them again even though it's my local shop.
