Recently visited to have a silver bracelet reduced in length, rather than return to silversmith. Got it perfect on length & very reasonably priced. Staff were very pleasant & helpful

I took a necklace into this shop that had lost a link which held 2 silver wings and a picture of my mum. I was told this could nit be repaired and to send it back to where it was purchased. Such a simple repair but could not do. Very poor as this shop has been here so long. Took it to another shop and it got fixed the same day.
