I walked in with a watch that needed the bracelet adjusting. They were so helpful and patient. It could have just been a quick link removal but they took time to get it right and for me to be happy with the fit. Got the impression they really cared, which was nice seeing as I hadn’t bought the watch from them. So five stars, highly recommended.

I love this jewellers, the people are really knowledgeable and helpful and their advice is always spot on. As well as selling lovely jewellery their repair service is great, good value and really high quality. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Took my vintage Gucci watch to have battery replaced and told by high end jewellers it could take months and encouraged to look elsewhere, then received a quote, watch taken in but then informed battery could not be resealed as parts now obsolete and replacement battery might not work very well. Angela Rose replaced and resealed battery within a week and charged less than quote previously received. Also really helpful and knowledgeable- thank you.
