Extremely rude older woman and girl. Considering the store has cheap jewellery. They could all do with a course in “GOOD” customer experience and customer care in retail. DO NOT RECOMMEND - you can buy better quality jewellery on AliExpress.

I’ve had 2 repairs carried out here an both have been done professionally and conscientiously. The first was to attach a charm on to the bangle and the second was a watch repair. Will definitely return !
The staff at Angela Rose were so helpful with my broken watch strap and fixed it within minutes. They couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating and they also have a lovely range of jewellery in store.
Angela Rose have always been helpfu,l efficient, professional and courteous in their dealings with me. They have sorted out for me many repair and replacement issues (including with precious family heirlooms) and generally given me good advice.
