I went to get a basic manicure and colour. My nails weren't shaped at all. Just the surface was filed to prep for the colouring. The colouring was not very well done either. Pushed the cuticles with her fingers and cut the skin. The same tool used after on another customers pedicure?! Aren't these things supposed to be disinfected? Not very clean over all and the tools are not cleaned either. One nail did not dry properly which resulted in looking terrible and damaged. Just bad and reluctant. used to use this salon as my backup. don’t go for your sake. i asked for coffin shaped french tips with an initial on two of the nails. one of the nails is crooked, the letters are uneven and shabby, and she filed them out so much that they look more like soft square tips. additionally one of my cuticles bled and i got an infection on one of my fingers. i got charged £40 and left incredibly disappointed. my go to nail salon would charge me £32-£35 for a better job. Stay away

Not at all happy with my mani & pedi services. She spent just 10 mins n did nothing much. My nails look horrible even after I spent so much there. Never coming here again. And guys since you have so much negative comments already kindly start paying attention and improve.
