Too many issues with the service department, don’t think I’ll be returning. Back to back trips for oil change and they’ve left the front splash guard under the car loose both times which requires I turn around and go back to wait again for the vehicle. All I get is a weak sorry and a bad attitude like it’s my fault I had to come back to get it done right!

We purchased a used vehicle from Andy Morh's Budget Center as the had the vehicle we were looking for. The salesman Jay was very cool, liw key and not pushy. The kind of salesman you want. Not a vulture swooping in on a potential customer. The negotiating went as always, but in the end we came up with a mutual price that fit our budget. We have known folks thar have purchased autos from the Andy Mohr Ford dealership and were unhappy with their experience. We were treated fairly and with no pressure.
Visited looking for a truck. Got a complete run around from an employee. First, he told us he had what we were looking for and had us follow him over to another lot and after waiting about 30 minutes, he came out and said "we can't help you". We were so shocked and irritated and felt he had been dishonest with us. Will NEVER deal with Andy Mohr!
