The Collision Center terrible. I waited 3 weeks for a rear bumper and an exhaust system. Never will take it to their collision center again.

Avoid Andy Mohe Ford. Total extortionists in their service department. Tried to con us into paying double for a repair by refusing to sell a tool to another shop (which is totally standard practice). No joke. These clowns wanted $1300 for a $690 repair. Total extortion. Even if you bought your car here (which I also do not recommend), take it elsewhere for service.
They ask what I wanted done and took care of 2 recalls for me. I was told it would be a half a day and that’s what it was.

Courteous and professional from the time I drove up with car problems, scheduled appt, dropped off and picked up my car. They dealt with my warranty company as well. I will be going back for any future needs.
From my first inquiry online to having the most considerate salesperson I’ve ever encountered in a vehicle transaction (Chris Superman Bailey) I had a very positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this sales group as they located the right vehicle for my teens. Thank you so much!
Horrible experience with the sales staff. I confirmed the availability of a car at 12 noon and that I would be there at 3:30. Upon my arrival I learned that the person I have been communicating with wasn’t even a sales person and that that car had sold quite some time ago just the inventory hadn’t been updated. This is the second poor experience with Andy Mohr Ford within my immediate family. We will never return to this dealership.
