Very nice and Friendly Staff
We were interested in a new Ford and wanted to trade in our 2013 Focus. The staff offered us $750 on the trade in citing known issues with the transmission (a problem which Ford sold its customers which they are apparently not interested in making amends for). KBB price was around $7,000 and we were willing to take 1/3 of that because of front bumper damage. The offer of $750 was pathetic, so we walked out with no further negotiations. Honestly the most unorganized, uneducated, and unprofessional car dealership I have ever been to. I regret ever purchasing my vehicle from such an establishment. Customer satisfaction has to be at the bottom of their priority list the way their employees treat customers especially in the service department. I highly recommend staying as far away from Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield as much as humanly possible. Recently purchased a new vehicle 🚗 I took a test drive and it drove great. Michelle Sherman and Andy were so nice and helped me with everything. Great customer service fantastic new vehicle with great price and rebates. I highly recommend this dealership as I have now purchased 3 vehicles at this dealership.
The purchase of our truck was the 5th vehicle we got from Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield. The sales personnel are always outstanding and helped us in every way to get us into the vehicles we wanted. From buying vehicles before this we already knew how great their service department was. We have and will continue to tell friends and family about Andy Mohr.
My car is leased and I prepay for the services. It seems like because this is the case I get subpar care for my vehicle. I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change, new wiper blades, and air filter. On this trip the wiper blades were not attached to my car. I didn’t realize this until I turned them on...after I had left the dealership. I had to take the car back to the dealership to have them removed from where there were stuck between the hood of the car and windshield.
