Sold me a car that was previously used as a rental without disclosing that, (simply said “One Owner” in the ad). I found out because there was still rental paperwork in the glovebox that I discovered a week later. Staff is very professional and fair.
I was in service for a recall notice. They said it would take an hour and I could wait, if that was convenient. I waited in the waiting room. After an hour and a half, I checked on the status. The guy I had originally contacted to make an appointment was busy and another guy was helping out. He was also busy, but a third guy said they were working on it.
