Everything went great and quickly
The buying experience is the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve bought a lot of cars in my 73 years. Michelle Doll Middleton, and Don Martin (The Don experience), made it fun and almost painless. I would recommend them, and Andy Mohr Ford to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle.
I recommend everything, they have great service and nice affordable cars.
We purchased a Truck Feb. 9 2019 at the Budget center. We knew it had issues and were told to bring it back the 11th which was a Monday so they could fix. We drove it there which was and Hr and 2 min from our home. we waited a few days. They called us said repairs were to much and wanted us to pay we said heck no. so they gave us our down payment back and we left. couple days later they agreed to raise the price by and extra $27 a month and we could come back and get it, so we decided we would because we needed the truck for... read more

Jeff Sparks was the highlight of our experience. Very friendly and down to earth. Overall though we were not happy with our experience here. Had the dealership not had the lowest price for the vehicle we were looking for..we probably would've walked out. First, they had pictures of the lower trim vehicle on the website with the higher trims description (probably why it hadn't sold). Very good car buying experience. My sales rep Dave Davis was helpful and easy to work with. Would shop there again.
We have purchased SEVERAL vehicles through here..3 of which were brand new! Dave Davis, is our sales guy and THE guy to see/ask for when you go in!!!!! Hands down THE best salesman we've ever dealt with and we won't go with anyone else there (not that anyone else is bad..he's just our favorite! 😉)
