Was looking for a decently priced good running used vehicle & came across the Jeep Cherokee they had & had just taken in on trade. when in and met with Gavin and they went above and beyond for us for that vehicle. ran it through service and did a lot of work that was very unexpected and that most dealerships would have just pushed through service without repairing. can't say enough good things about them. definitely recommend and when we're to purchase another vehicle that will be our first stop

Chris Bailey was super friendly, open and honest about everything with the car, and very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a vehicle, new or used (like mine), go down to Plainfield and talk to him! It'll definitely be worth it!
The service was quick. However, you need to work on your website. I scheduled and appointment online only to arrive and be told there was an extensive wait time. Then i was told you can schedule oil changes on website. Why is that an option then? i had to come back another day.
