Requested information on a used vehicle and decided to take a look at one. I was delayed and dealership called me to ask if I was still planning to come and look at the vehicle. I said I could leave right then. Was there 20 minutes later. They didn’t have the vehicle ready for viewing and asked me to wait while they got it. After having me wait for about 20 minutes, they tell me that the vehicle was sold a couple hours earlier which would have been before they called me to come and look at it. Cheated us out of money. And I WOULD NOT reccomend them at all..
This dealership just committed fraud, and I am not taking this review down until it is fixed. I was assured over eight times after I ask the right question if my car had anything wrong with it. They told me everything was fine. They told me it was safe. I put my child in this car. The transmission is broken, the radiator is broken, the coolant, and after all of that? My husband and I talked to Carly on the phone about a SUV the dealership had in stock. We told her how we were driving over an hour from where we live for this vehicle for our family of 7. After driving an hour there, we find out that the vehicle was not able to be driven and that it was going to the auction after this week if it wasn't sold because the problems were to great to fix. I dont recommend Andy Mohr Ford due to the customer service I've received there early on and now currently. AVOID Ivan the service advisor at all costs!! He has poor customer service skills and philosophy! He was rude and condescending to my wife. He has poor follow up skills.
