Recommended2 hours into an 11 hour trip at 1 o’clock in the afternoon on July 3rd my brake calipers froze up. While other service shops were closing early for the 3 day holiday, Service Advisor Bill Fletcher and his techs gave us the Indy 500 treatment! They even pulled help from the car wash area to get us back on the road in 3 hours and 15 minutes! 4 Rotors, pads and fluid replaced due to high heat. Thanks again guys for bailing us out of a bad situation.

ON JUNE 24th 2020 I took my 2002 Ford F-150 truck into the service department to get a Oil change for me to pay and within a Mile and a half my truck stops in the middle of rush hour traffic with a 13 year old kid in my car with me cars are clearly driving fast I call ANDY FORD ford and they sent a mechanic out from him to tell me THEY FORGOT TO PUT OIL IN MY TRUCK AND MY MOTOR BLEW I told them that’s my work truck it’s how I make money I own my own LAWNCARE BUSINESS I receive a text this morning asking me if I took anything... read more
My cousin went there a few days ago to get an oil change & they forgot to put oil in the car & the engine blew not even 2 miles after leaving. Have not been compensated for the issues at all. I would not recommend to anyone. Stay away.
